The property sleeps 10 plus cot
Ground Floor
The kitchen is fully fitted with beech worktops and cupboards underneath. There is a large gas cooker with two ovens and grill, a fridge, microwave, dishwasher and a dining area with a table and 10 chairs.
There is a small sitting room with a settee and easy chair. There is a radio/CD player and television with BBC channels. There is also a large wood burner.
Utility room with washing machine and small freezer, shower room and downstairs WC.
The large sitting room has a 3 seater settee, 2 easy chairs and double doors out into the garden.
First Floor
Two double bedrooms, one with en-suite, one twin room and a bathroom compromising of a bath, shower cubicle and a WC.
There is a door on the landing that leads to a small veranda with steps down to the garden.

Small landing and two additional twin rooms
Outside
A large garden, mainly laid to lawn with a swimming pool with Roman Steps, 11 m x 4 m. Garden furniture is provided.
We would ask Guests not to take glasses to the poolside. Plastic wine glasses and tumblers are provided for this use.
For the comfort of future guests and also in the interests of safety, smoking is not allowed in the house.
We would appreciate you using the trivets provided in the kitchen and not to put hot dishes directly on to work tops.
There is no refuse collection from the house, please place all refuse in bags provided in the communal wheelie bins which are situated next to the school, in the village square or opposite the football pitch/tennis court, where there are also recycling bins for bottles and cardboard, plastic etc. Do not leave waste sacks outside overnight as we have inquisitive wildlife who love to investigate the contents and then scatter them around.
The owner’s parents who live approximately 5kms from Albussac will be on hand should you have any problems or queries. Jim will maintain the pool daily. They can be contacted on 00 33 55 286236.
